A quick test for Aspergers Syndrome

If you’re curious as to whether or not you might have Aspergers Syndrome, here’s a quick test you can try:

I scored 34 on the test, which means that there’s a “strong likelihood of Asperger syndrome or autism”. The average score for most people is 11-21.

Every test I’ve done has confirmed that I have Aspergers or relevant Autism, so this isn’t new to me any more. But I thought it would be a nice idea to have something in my blog that allows visitors to find out if they might have it or not.

As usual, the standard disclaimer is that no internet test or answer is conclusive. It’s up to you to decide whether or not you want to take it further and seek medical help or diagnosis if you want to get further official clarification.

For me, I’m happy with self-diagnosing, because I’m almost 50 years old and part of the method for official diagnosis for adults is for the specialist to talk to people from your childhood that can provide information about what you were like as a child. That’s not going to be happening for me, as there’s no one from my childhood that any doctor could see, so self diagnosis will have to do.

I’d be grateful for your thoughts, feedback or quiz results if you want to share.
