We saw a few temples yesterday and the day before, and today was no exception. There’s temples everywhere!
We continued on to another temple, but by this time I was over temples. You know, after you’ve seen half a dozen temples, you’ve seen them all! So while Fanfan and her parents wandered around another templte for an hour, I decided to stay with our driver and talk to him instead.
We pulled up in the carpark of a currency exchange shop, and there was a security guard sitting out the front with an assault rifle in his lap. That’s not the kind of thing you see every day in Australia…
Oh dear God, more temples….
And that, my friends, is the end of Bali. Tomorrow we’re just going to the airport and heading back to Australia, to return to life as usual.
