My wife’s parents are arriving from China tomorrow. The last time I saw them was when I got married to their daughter about 8 months ago. (Damn, that’s gone by so fast!) Her father retired earlier this year so they’re coming over to visit us.
They’ll be here for the next 6 months.
That’s going to be hard, in our small two bedroom apartment.
But life is an adventure, after all. And this new adventure living with her parents is going to be an interesting one, I’m sure.
By the time they leave, I’m planning on being able to speak conversational Cantonese.
